G1 is recognized by the french DGAC (Direction Générale de l'Aviation Civile) with Rotax 80 and 100 hp engines, with or without parachute.

Nowadays, several requests of certifications are under way, among others, in :
- The United States, Morocco, Sweden, Hungary, Germany, Romania.

French legislation rests on following criteria :

For a two-seater :
- Max weight empty : 306 kg (with parachute)
- Max weight empty : 286 KG (without parachute)
- Max weight at take off : 472,5 kg (with parachute)
- Max weight at take off : 450 kg (without parachute)
- Stall threshold : ‹ or = 65 kmh
- Motorization : 100 CV maximum

G1 fly among others in Spain, Italy, Hungary, Sweden, Belgium, and Saudi Arabia.
